The best location in town and all the amenities for a great stay. Newly remodeled all brand new, sleeps 9, two full bathrooms, king master suite, 100+ plus cable channels, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 55 inch LCD, XBOX Kinect, 32 inch TV, DVD player, foosball table, tope of the line front loading LG washer and dryer.

All the amenities of home, including ample fine bedding, toilet rolls, paper towels, shampoo and soap. There's a fully stocked chef's kitchen with all basic needs including, spice rack, coffee, tea.

The cottage is in the best location, not only in town but also in our opinion on the Washington coast. We have combined the quality of Seabrook, but right on the ocean and a great deal less money.

If you walk 150 meters to the north you are in downtown PB, going to the west you are in the middle of the beach, to the south in the state park.

It's only 47 Steps from the property to the beach access. One of the few ocean front properties in Pacific Beach available to rent. Renovation completed in March 2013. The cottage is fully equipped for your stay on the coast. Simply put one of the best locations on the Pacific coast.

The cottage sleeps nine, has three bedrooms, including a master king suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk room for five. Perfect for one or two families to share.

Emily and her family having been visiting Pacific Beach since the 1980s. A wonderful escape from our busy lives in Seattle, this offers a great time for us and our three children.

Pacific Beach offers wonderful views throughout the town, however only a handful and truly ocean front to rent. This is one of them. The cottage has a straight view of the ocean and is as two blocks from main street.

Amazing location and house!

we spent 2 nights at this charming cottage on an inexplicably sunny weekend in early may. i've stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this place is truly a gem. inside, it is really spacious - we had 6 adults and 3 kids (plus dogs) and never felt cramped (2 adults did sleep on bunks though, as we decided to squeeze in together). the owners did a great job remodeling and decorating the place - which was very clean and well appointed. i can't think of anything that was missed. the location was unbeatable - literally just steps away from the beach, which was just gorgeous. don't miss the sunsets, wow! the deck and grassy area were great to lounge in as well.

tips for visitors would be to do your grocery shopping ahead of time - and/or stop in aberdeen on your way in. there's not much in town and you have a great kitchen and dining area to use! also be aware that there is (blissfully) no cell phone signal or phone (although they do provide wi-fi which worked great for those of us addicted to technology...). the place is only a few minutes away from seabrook - which was fun to check out, and had a nice restaurant there (mill 109) along with a few shops. but nothing beats being steps away from the beach!!

the owners were extremely responsive and helpful as well.

we can't wait to return here and definitely plan on doing so soon!

Wonderful experience at a terrific property

I cannot wait to come back to this wonderful property located at Pacific Beach just down the street from Seabrook. We enjoyed a location a few steps away from the beach and the commercial area. The house is newly remodeled, wonderfully kept, and a terrific place for a bigger family.

Wonderful stay in a well thought out property

Our family enjoyed a great weekend in this property, and for how new it seems to be on the vacation rental market, I was surprised at how well set up it is. The owners have been very generous with the ample amenities and obviously have experience in setting up vacation homes as everything we needed was there and easy to both find and use. We'll definitely be recommending this place to our friends and we'll probably ask if we can join them when they make the booking! LOVED it!

Clamming Easter weekend

We rented this beach cottage for Easter weekend to take our kids clamming with their grandparents. When we arrived we were amazed on how nice it was, the decor was something straight out of a magazine. It was a wonderful cottage with everything you would need from plenty of dishes and bathroom supplies, to kids books and games, it felt just like home. The open layout was wonderful and provided ample space for everyone. Climbing into a comfortable bed after a long day at the beach was just what we all needed. The bunk bed room was great for the kids to sleep and play. We would definitely return for future clamming and beach adventures.

Pacific Beach Perfection

Our recent stay was nothing short of perfection. The beautiful sunny weather was a nice addition to our great amenities. The house was decorated quite tastefully, the comfy beds and fancy sheets were much appreciated, and we found the house to be stocked with all of the necessities plus some. We loved using the crock pot so our dinner was waiting for us when we returned from our fun outing! The location really can't be beat! Parents appreciated being so close to the coffee shop and the kids couldn't have been happier being steps from the beach! We also loved spending time on the back patio and deck enjoying the view and smelling the ocean air...what a nice addition to this cute house! We will return soon for sure!
