Sundance is a delightful Caribbean style island home tucked away on the southwest corner of St. John with panoramic views of Hart Bay, St. Croix, and St. Thomas.

The villa has over 3,000 total square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, pool, and spa perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset views of St. Thomas.

Set on two levels, the charming home offers a large combined living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and king master bedroom with special indoor/outdoor bathroom.
About Lynn Ronchetto

Twenty five years have passed since I first visited St. John on my honeymoon. Having spent only four hours on the island and experiencing its tranquility and beauty, I vowed that someday I would come back to live permanently. After the many twists and turns of everyday life, I moved to New York City fourteen years ago to work as a Hospital Administrator. I look forward to every visit to just relax, unwind and regain the minutes of time that we don't have time to appreciate during hectic daily life.

The villa is very private yet the location is close to town and the Westin for enjoying the dining and nightlife. The sounds of the surf and views are incredible making cocktail hour, dining or just relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub a wonderful experience.

Situated in the upscale Chocolate Hole area, Villa Moonsong is just minutes from the town of Cruz Bay with its shopping and restaurants. Ideally situated on the hillside of St. John's scenic southeastern shore, you enjoy cooling breezes throughout the day.

The beauty of St. John's beaches is legendary. Just a short drive away are the magnificent and world renowned beaches on the north side of the island. Or spend a lazy day at the villa and take a short walk down a winding path to secluded Hart Bay where you can enjoy beach combing, sunbathing and snorkeling. In addition, you have access to the nearby private deeded beach at Chocolate Hole.
