This property is unlike any other! Brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms! This unit comes fully equipped with beautiful wood floors throughout! Corner unit so you can enjoy the fresh breeze on the south west corner! This unit is only minutes away from the airport, beaches, and only walking distance to nightclubs and the finest restaurants in downtown! not to mention you can walk to the convention center!

Unit has one flat main TV in the living room! Wireless internet is included! Work with away form home with no problem!

Just bring your suitcase and your favorite people! This unit sleeps 6! It has 2 queen beds, and one air matress! One huge master bedroom and guest room is just as big! The kitchen is fully equipped for the best of chefs! Two underground parking spots included! Washer and dryer are inside of the unit so you can always have a fresh change of clothes after a long day at the beach!

We purchased this property because of its unique corner location. As opposed to the other units, it had a nice open feel to it and was very well taken care of by the previous owner!

Needed a quick get away with the wife and kids. We came across this downtown unit. Location was fantastic. However, it does get really busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that is expected in the Gaslamp. Overall easy walk to the convention center. The condo was in good condition. The unit was clean and cozy. Overall I would recommend. Simon (manager) was great from start to finish.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
