130m2, Beautiful View & Direct Access to the Caribbean Ocean

#305 is the only unit which was uniquely designed by the owners when Bellafonte was built. We have local art and designer furniture and the apartment is one of the few which is fully air conditioned. From the 3rd floor there are beautiful views in all directions - towards the ocean, the salt mountains and Klein Bonaire. We always enjoy the open atmosphere of the unit and the direct access to the sea from the pier. It is easy to enter the sea which is clean, safe and beautiful to swim in. Great diving and snorkeling straight off the pier.
About Robi Valkhoff

We live in the Netherlands and visited Bonaire for the first time 30 years ago. We fell in love with the island and as it never really changed we decided to buy a property about 12 years ago. We love the island. It is quiet, beautiful, clean and a real get away. The children also love Bonaire. If we travel elsewhere they always say: When are we going back to Bonaire?

We chose Bellafonte because of the unique location on the sea. A friend of ours said - you can buy any property but you can't change the location. Bearing this in mind we realized how unique this location was.

What makes this apartment unique

If you look at the colors of the sea you realize how special this place is. There are so many different shades of blue. From our unit the views are especially unique. As we are located on the 3rd floor we have no other buildings blocking the views. The waves crash into the ocean wall just beneath you. The best place on earth to have the wind blow away any worries you have.

Bellafonte is located on the ocean front very close to the city of Kralendijk. Locals say 'Playa'. Contact the staff at the reception desk they have all the information of the places to visit, the restaurants as well as where to go for boat rental or sports activities. You don't have to go far, the pier right in front of the building is a very private and quiet place to stay.
