Hello my name is Randall and this my home. I am the founder of an international charity therefore I travel abroad quite often. I enjoy having guests in my home and the proceeds are helpful for my work.
My home features two warm and inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with both a dining area and a breakfast area. There is a sunroom great for reading or watching a bit of television. The house is a 50's ranch style that has a modified open floor plan which is perfect for family socializing and dining.
The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of tall trees and is very centrally located to all things interesting to Nashville. It is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes to downtown (Honky Tonks), 5 minutes to Brentwood (groceries and other shopping), and 5 minutes to Greenhills (where the BlueBird Cafe is presently located) and 20 minutes to Historic Franklin.
One mile from my door is the amazing Radnor Lake Nature Reserve where you can take a stroll around the lake or the more strenuous hill-trails and enjoy the beauty of rolling hills, trees and wildlife. You will see deer and wild turkeys nearly every visit. If you are an early bird, you might even catch a glimpse of the active beaver den. Come stay, relax, and explore.
My work is international therefore I travel abroad extensively. I am excited about opening my house to fellow travelers, and the proceeds help support my charity work.
Randall Morgan purchased this house in 2003
This location is so convenient and artistically aesthetic. I receive rave reviews about how inviting the spaces are for relaxing and spending time with friends and family.
The home is central to all things 'Nashville' and 1 mile away from Radnor lake. It is a quiet neighborhood. I think you will find the decor is eclectic and tasteful.
The house was just as I had pictured it, warm and welcoming. No surprises (a good thing). Plenty of room, GREAT location and well cared for. Felt like I was at home not in a rental!
We were in town for a college graduation, and had a great stay! The home is beautifully decorated! The local hosts were in contact with us throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions. . The home was very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining! The bedding was comfortable. We would stay here again!
Stayed here for 7 days while in town on business. The location was perfect - in Nashville but super close to Williamson county.
The house was cozy and homey, bed was extremely comfortable and it felt like I was staying at my aunt or grandma's house and not a rental property. Everything was exactly as it was portrayed in the photos. What you don't see is the little patio in the backyard and the grassy lawn, nice for sitting outside to read and enjoy the sun.
Only drawback (and I mention this because I was there on business) is there is not a printer available in the house - anything printed had to be done at Staples.
Randall was warm and lovely to speak with and made the stay very welcoming. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend!
This location is a premium with convenient access to all things Nashville. Downtown is 7 minutes drive, Airport is 12 minutes. Radnor lake a beautiful nature preserve and area for hiking is 3 miles away (3-4 minutes). Brentwood is 5 minutes, Greenhills is 5 minutes.
Down the street from the Cheek family mansion (now a church). The Cheeks built Maxwell House Coffee to a household name. One mile on Franklin road is the home of country music star Martina McBride. Franklin road has multiple historic homes including Hank Williams Jr., Tammy Wynet, Ronnie Milsap, Mini Pearl, Lorreta Lynn and others.
