This loft apartment was bought by my husband's family dozen years ago when their kids moved to Paris to study. It's absolutely a dream area when you area when you are a student - lively, happening and so safe!
Last year we took over the flat and gave it a major facelift - actually we completely redid it including all the walls, floors, electricity, new kitchen, bathroom as well as added an extra floor/mezzanine level. So it's all ready now waiting for you!
Kylliki purchased this studio in 2000
Why Kylliki chose 5th Arrondissement Latin Quarter
We live just couple of minutes away and truly love this area - you are in the middle of busy and buzzing Latin Quarter but then can hide away to the quiet apartment for a good night rest before hitting the streets again :)
Guestbook comments from the owner
We've stayed at Kylliki's place in Paris for one amazing week! The apartment is just as it is described in the photos, plus the charm and comfort you feel exactly the time you get in. Little but very well furnished and decorated, inventive and practical. The bed upside a mezzanine is the cherry pie, for a couple like us was just perfect. The only thing is that the heating was not central, there wasn't so cold and there were two electric heaters a little bit old, but enough for autumn. The location is also very good, next to the RER station, metro and bus, besides the fact that you can go almost everywhere in town on foot. Getting to know the city walking by was our favorite plan. There are many markets, bakeries, restaurants so nearby. We've spent a great time together there, so we highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!!!
