2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Plus Den

This is a fully equipped home (including your own golf cart) with fantastic golf course, mountain and water views from your living room, dining area, den, and master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully furnished and has tile countertops and back splashes, including a breakfast bar. All appliances are stainless. Both the southwest themed breakfast nook and the front courtyard beyond invite you to greet the sunrise every morning with a cup of fresh ground coffee or tea to quietly reflect or to prepare for your active day ahead.

The oversize master bedroom features a king bed, a 40' flat screen HDTV, your own lounging couch in your 'bayed' window, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath is tiled throughout with double sinks and a private toilet. The beautiful hand crafted mosaic waterfall tile design in the walk-in master shower has to be seen to appreciate the artistry.

The guest bedroom and den are located on the opposite side of the home for privacy. They share the 2nd bath which is located between them. The 2nd bath also serves as your guest bath. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen bed and also has a 32' flat screen HDTV with it's own DVR. The den is comfortably furnished with wicker as a reading, visiting, and reflecting room or study. A period piece desk and comfortable office chair face the large picture window which has a wonderful view through palm trees, desert plants, and a mesquite tree to the golf course beyond. The room can also be used as a very comfortable office as the modem/router for the internet is located here.

In the living room you have 2 full size leather couches and a recliner facing a 50' flat screen HDTV which is mounted over an electric fireplace/heater which itself is enclosed within an elegant oversize cabinet. You also have 2 unique, antique seats in the living area if additional seating is needed. All TV's have satellite programming with HD DVR boxes. The living (great) room also has stereo surround sound equipped with a BluRay DVD/CD. Our home is comfortably appointed with a pleasing cross of southwest art, antique and new furniture. The sliding door off the dining room opens onto your covered patio which has an outdoor dining set that seats 4. Cushioned lounge chairs are provided for relaxation as the sun shines on the back yard from mid morning until it sets behind the mountains. The gas barbecue has a large surface area including a searing element for any type of barbecued meals you care to prepare. This truly is your little slice of 'heaven'.

The double vehicle garage has both remote and keypad access for the electric opener from the outside. The golf cart is battery operated and is set-up for double golf bags. It is licensed for road use and is capable of a round of golf and then a side trip to the Albertsons or Safeway stores approximately 1 mile away to pick up a couple of bags of groceries on the way home. It travels at a top speed of 20 mph. Many people use the cart as a 2nd vehicle to access the clubhouses, pools, and activity centers that are spread throughout this walled community.

We are currently 'not quite retired' school teachers in the state of Washington. We have been homeowners in Sun City Grand since 2006. This beautiful home is our new retirement home where we plan to soon be spending 2 to 4 months of each year enjoying the views, amenities, and the community ourselves, just like you will be. We hope to share our home and our experiences with you.

The stunning 180 degree panorama unfolds before you as you sit in the back yard watching the players tee off across the pond or the wildlife that visits daily in the yard or around the pond below. All the while, the sunlight plays with the White Tank mountains in the distance, beginning when the early morning sun hits them until it finally sets behind them, creating many magical twilight moments to savor and share. You can't wait for it to begin all over again the next morning.

Located within the Sun City Grand community. Access to 2 outdoor & 1 indoor olympic sized swim pools, 2 huge resort style pools with spas. Two wonderful exercise facilities with the latest equipment are available at the community centeers. Yoga, zumba & various activity classes are offered daily here as well. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, lawn bowling, bocce, hiking, biking and jogging trails thread through the community. Clubs also abound...Whether your interests are cards, billiards, computers, the arts or outdoor group excursions, there is a club within the community that matches your interest. There is an additional community fee of $125 per person for up to 3 months to use the community facilities.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. I would recommend it to anyone. The property was very clean and very well equipped with nice furnishings. Access to their golf card was a nice extra. The backyard view was very nice with a pond separating the yard from the golf course so you were not too close to golfers or stray golf balls. Nice sun set view with mountains in the background. The listing accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Arizona.
