Altos De Colorado is a brand new Estate located in a gated golf course community, on a pristine, sandy beach is Altos de Colorado. Altos De Colorado has 8000 square feet of living space on over a quarter acre of beachfront property. This luxury estate has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths and has the largest pool in all of Hacienda Iguana. All of which is over looking the world class surf break, Colorados. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people with 5 bedrooms (one of which is your very own private casita) each with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites each with soaking tubes including one with jaccuzzi jets that overlooks the surf. There are two living spaces each complete with 60in LCD televisions and 7pt surround systems along with 40in TV's in each of the master bedrooms. Mattresses may be added to the oversized bedrooms for additional sleeping if needed for larger groups. All the bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor leaving the main living area, kitchen, dining room, as well as, a built in barbaque to encompass the entire second floor looking out over all of Hacienda Iguana and allowing you to watch the surf firing off from Colorado up to Panga Drops. The two master suites have king size beds and allow you to wake up directly facing the surf. All other bedrooms have beds that may be converted from king size beds to XL twins depending on the needs of the guests. All bedrooms have closets with built-ins for plenty of storage. The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, separate A/C in each room, four large LCD TVs, two 7.1 Dolby surround sound home theaters, outside music, blue ray movies and books, high speed internet throughout the house, built-in gas barbeque and a back-up generator. Custom cabinetry and granite run throughout the house. No expense has been spared from the chandelier to the high end art work. We also have an English speaking house manager steps away to attend to your every need along with a staff providing 24 hours of service. They will cater to all your needs, set up activities, boat rides, fishing, horseback riding, airport transportation, zip lines, massage, acupuncture, manicure, food catering, or anything else your heart desires. All the comforts of home on one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. Playa Colorado is one of the country's finest surfing locations. Due to the strong winds coming from Lake Nicaragua, the winds in this area of the country are offshore 330+ days a year, ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG!. The house literally sits directly in front of the world class surf break Colorados and only a 5 minute walk down the beach is Panga Drops. Colorado is a fast, tubing, beach break, with many peaks, while Panga Drops is a mellower A-framing reef/rock break. From every window in the house you can see surfers getting barreled.
Altos de Colorado also offers membership access to the only coastal golf course in Nicaragua. This 9 hole course is virtually yours as you play with no crowds whatsoever with its perfectly manicured year round conditions. The course is a challenging course that has one hole with an amazing ocean view. The house also has full access to the Exclusive Community Beach Club just to the south. This Beach Club also is Oceanfront right in front of the Colorado break, and which contains a beautiful swimming pool, relaxation area, kitchen, BBQ, palapas, and volleyball court.
In the community there is one restaurant that serves sandwiches, wings and pizza (pizza only after 4pm). There are a handful of other great restaurants that are accessible by car, taxi, boat, or a nice hike to a small fishing village.
