Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (Sleeps 6)

Fully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo downtown inner harbour.

The condo is located in the Peninsula which is just steps to the Johnson Street bridge and Victoria Old Town which is an easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one.

Located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, Rollerblade or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area.

You don't need a car, but if you want one there is secured underground parking included and an extra spot can be arranged if you need it. We are also located next to the Delta Ocean Pointe resort so if you don't want to cook dinner, sit at the pub or need a little spa pampering you don't need to go far.

The furnishings are new, deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD player, a lazy boy recliner and a lovely leather comfy sofa in the living room pulls out to a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk through closet to a full ensuite. The second bedroom can be either a king bed or made into two twins. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you.

You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The laundry room is fully equipped, the kitchen has some coffee, teas and spices, and the bathrooms have hand soaps.

About Deidre Langlois

Deidre and her husband are happy residents of Victoria, BC located on Southern Vancouver Island. They are so happy with it they decided to do a Victoria Vacation Rental so others could come and enjoy this fabulous city. Deidre has a background in the travel industry so can help you with all the logistics of getting to and from Victoria. As Deidre was born and raised in Victoria she also has a pretty good knowledge about Victoria and the surrounding area!!

This is a very well run property and is the closest building to Johnston Street bridge. It is about 100 meters to Old Town Victoria. Nice and quiet, yet, just a 5 min walk and you are in the heart of downtown. This is a very unique area of Victoria with so many outstanding features offered to everyone that stays. The area is one of the newest in the downtown core and only steps to everything you need.

What makes this condo unique

This building is very quite, the Galloping Goose trail system is right outside your door. The Delta Ocean Pointe is our neighbor so if you don't want to cook then a great restaurant is just steps away.

Very nice place

The rooms were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchenware. It was clean and the building was very nice.

All-in-all it was a very good experience there were a few items that made it not receive an excellent rating. The weather was nice and the rooms were very warm so we slept with the doors open and it was very noisy outside. The internet was terrible - we never could get the wireless to work. I agree with one other post that it was a little odd to pay a cleaning fee and then be asked to do all of the laundry before the next guest arrived.

The arrival instructions were a little confusing, but when I actually read them slowly it made more sense. And we got help from someone who actually lived in the building - she was very friendly.

It was a great experience and I would probably stay there again.

wonderful stay

We travelled with my parents. They are in theire 70s. They
loved the location. Close to the down town and
water front. The condo was really clean and confortable
for all four of us.

Wonderful condo close to everything

We stayed at bills condo for a month starting in January was a perfect location eight min walk to downtown,ten minutes to royal jubilee, easy parking underground, bill was great met us ran us through condo,very safe easy place to stay walked sea walk everyday free wifi parking way better then the hotel option. Would stay here again ...k
