Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach’s private gated community, 9 Coggeshall comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 6 large bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. 2 Master bedrooms provide large Kings size beds, coffered ceilings, Ocean front views, and their own custom tile showers. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs, alarm clocks, plush carpet, and their own private bathroom.

All floor tile's are imported from Spanish Travertine mines, giving a luxurious glamour as vaulted ceilings and large windows lead your mind and body to full relaxation.

Entertainment is easy for multiple families with two separate living rooms, both with large 60” flat screen TV’s and state of the art sound systems, supported by a hole home music system for indoor and outdoor enjoyment.

If staying for One, Two, Three or more weeks, guests do not have to pack their entire closet as a full size washer and dryer is conveniently located on the second floor.

Even professional cooks will be delighted to prepare masterpieces in the fully loaded Gourmet kitchen. All stainless Steel appliances flank granite slab counter tops supported by luscious dark maple cabinets.

Sun lovers will be delighted either poolside or on one of 4 separate decks on the front and rear. Watching Sea Turtles walk along the beach is easy from either rear porch as guests have a completely un-obstructed view of the coastline.

Construction will be completed by the end of April, with rentals beginning June 1st. We are very excited to offer this home to the 2013 vacation season!
