This is a fantastic large 1BR apartment with a large living space and a queen-sized bedroom in a doorman building situated between Gramercy Park and midtown Manhattan. Great perks include:

- Central Convenient Location

- A few short blocks to multiple subway lines

- Madison Square Park, Union Square and the 5th Avenue shopping is just few blocks away

- The area is bustling with great shops, trendy restaurants and cute coffee shops (will provide a cheat sheet of the best locations in the area!)

The apartment has a kitchen with full size appliances including a D/W, full bathroom, WiFi, a large 46' flat-screen TV and a coffee machine.

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a full-sized bed that pulls out from the sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

This building is a full time doorman building with laundry on-site.
