This beautiful English country style home backs to a 100 year old zinfandel vineyard, just across the low stone wall so the panoramic views of the vineyards and mountains are spectacular. The backyard is the entertainment focus of this home with a refreshing pond that delights the numerous colorful birds with it's gushing water fauct splashing on the stones below.. Charcoal BBQ is provided. You will find yourself spending considerable time enjoying the splendor of the views changing with the light of day. A large wooden table and lounge chairs await your entertaining or just a romantic time together.

Inside you will find a wonderful chef kitchen with gas range and large refrigerator surrounded by butcher block counter tops. No dishwasher in this classic kitchen.

Master suite is large, bright and comfortable. The queen size bed is very comfortable and sleeps two. The adjoining bath has a large walk in all glass shower with plenty of room for two. A large closet is located to the rear of the master bathroom. Two other guest bedrooms are available sleeping an additional four people in the queen sized beds.

The living room and adjoining family/TV area is well decorated in English antiques and comfortable chairs and sofa. The converted fireplace has functional and realistic gas fired logs. Wireless internet is provided along with basic programing using Direct TV satellite on a 42' flat panel HDTV.

This home has a lovely cellar that besides being a wine cellar has a small HDTV and DVD player for entertaining children or adults in the privacy of this basement location which is accessible from the kitchen area. Washer and dryer is located in this cellar location.

About Owner/Property Manager

The owner bought a house in St. Helena as a second home from Josh Chandler a noted local designer. He married her oldest daughter and they have done several houses together. This house, her home, was remodeled nine years ago, features Josh's special touches with natural stone front and back. She then became a full time resident and is passionate about maintaining St. Helena's small town atmosphere. She belongs to the local gardening club called 'Heart and Soils' and enjoys gardening in St. Helena's wonderful climate.

Saint Helena is the center and premiere location in the Napa Valley Wine Country. The home is on a dead end street so it is very quiet. It has a great southern exposure with acres of vineyards views directly behind the property. You definitely feel you are miles out in the country while being minutes walk to town. Great restaurants abound and the world famous wineries are just minutes away. Great place to come to enjoy the great weather, the best food and wines available.

Notes Utilities are covered for up to $200/month, renter responsible for water, gas and electric that exceed the monthly allotment. No additional fees or taxes. 1 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL. Sorry but there are NO exceptions to this requirement. SORRY, BUT LOCAL ORDINANCES DON'T ALLOW NIGHTLY RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS (1 MONTH) WITHOUT A DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN AND EXPENSIVE PERMIT.
50% of first month with reservation. Balance due 10 days before occupancy to include $1000 refundable damage deposit and $150 Cleaning Fee. Cancellation policy: Deposit is refunded 100% >90 days, 50% >60 days, <60 days deposit retained unless rented to another client then 75% refunded.
