Completed in 2005, this luxurious oceanfront condominium offers views of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and miles of the Atlantic beach. Convenient nearby access to the beautiful intracostal waterway. This is a formula for a memorable vacation experience. This may be your annual tradition to share with family or friends.

Located on sixth floor/penthouse, this single-level

open floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs. From the moment you walk in.. this is your home to relax and enjoy.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with calphlon cookware, wusthof knives, beautiful dishes, flatware and glasses all to fit your culinary needs. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room that have spectacular ocean and golf views.

The dining room is ready for a pancake breakfast or candle light dinners! The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean/golf views. That is if your not watching the Samsung 55'' HD flatscreen on the comfy leather sofa and loveseat! Every detail has been thought out for your comfort and quality lifestyle.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. The private master suite off the living room is beautifully decorated. The master has a king size bed from which you can watch your Samsung flatscreen TV or enjoy panoramic ocean/golf views. You have two closets in the master. One of them is a full walk-in closet. No owner lockout! The second guest bedrm has a kingsize bed in a beachy bright decor. The third guest bedrm has two twin beds with a beach sand neutral decor. All bedrms have Samsung flatscreen TVs. The two guest bedrms share a full bath. All three bedrms boast premium mattresses with pillow toppers. Restfull nights and healthy backs at #362! All linens provided in #362 are quality linens. Housekeeping is premium level. All linens including the bedspreads are cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest stay.

The condo's balcony will enhance your beach resort experience with panoramic ocean and golf views.

The view is truly breathtaking. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate six. We retired in 2010. We found Cinnamon Beach while staying in the St Augustine area our first winter. Although we love St Augustine we wanted a newer condo in a resort setting. We first rented in Cinnamon Beach and quickly decided we would make this our home. We bought our condo that we presently reside in 2011. It is in a different building than #362. We sold our home in Northern Michigan and moved full time to Cinnamon Beach in Sept 2012. We needed more room when family and friends visit so we decided it made sense to purchase #362. Living on the coast is wonderful everyday experience. We feel blessed to have found this coastal gem. We expect the best when we want a good beach vacation experience and now you will too when you are our guest at #362!

Our condo in Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Resort in Palm Coast Florida includes access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking, biking and jogging trails. Close by is Marineland a local landmark. Simply come to observe or have a full dolphin encounter. An experience you will never forget. St Augustine boast the oldest city in the US. The city will fascinate you with it's rich history of explorers, pirates, and forts and famous entrepreneurs.

With miles of beautiful beaches, world class golfing and the natural beauty of the area and it's wildlife, there is something for everyone. Great nearby restaurants and convenient grocery stores too! If you find a need to venture a little further you can visit Daytona and take the Daytona 500 tour and visit their famous beaches. Go a little further and you can do Disney World!

Best VRBO We Have Ever Experienced

Let me start by saying that our family stays at VRBO rentals all the time, we have two young children and it just makes life easier as compared to hotel rooms. This condo at Cinnamon Beach is not your “typical” VRBO rental; it greatly exceeded our expectations and is far superior to any other rental we have ever used. I would liken this place more to a rental on Exclusive Resorts than VRBO. The condo owners were wonderful to work with and very kind and helpful. The condo is impeccably clean and the furnishings and décor are beautiful. However, what really amazed us was how well equipped the condo was with amenities. Every kitchen gadget you could want was available and all were high quality – everything from an immersion blender to a large pancake griddle. The bathrooms were equally equipped with toiletries, hair dryers and plush towels. There was even a toy closet with puzzles, games and toys for kids of all ages. My husband joked that this condo was nicer and more equipped than our own home!

The view from the condo’s spaceous balcony was fabulous, an ocean panorama. We left the sliding glass door off the master bedroom open at night and were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. The two pools at Cinnamon Beach were lovely. Our kids played every day at the kids’ pool and my husband and I took turns at the adult pool that looks out to the ocean. The beach was beautiful, since it is a private beach for residents, we felt like we had our own private ocean. It was truly a vacation to remember and one that we hope to repeat annually.

Great stay, owners very attentive and go the extra mile to make stay a memorable experience. Impeccably clean with plenty of room and amenities. A 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the pools. It rained a few days of our stay the condo is stocked with games, cards, and entertainment opportunities for children who get stir crazy during rain. Wouldn't hesitate recommending.

Owner's Response: We have recently purchased this condo and have completely redecorated and furnished. We truly have set the bar for a premium condo. Although we manage our own condo we have had our condo recently previewed by several property managers. Our attention to details as well as the quality of furnishing was outstanding among other condos compared in the area. We were the only condo that totally changes out all high quality linens from bedspread to mattress pad between each and every guest. We were the only kitchen that provided well appointed equipment as in Wusthof knives, Calphalon pans, dishes, flatware, stemware and high end appliances. The spectacular view was also stated as one of the most beautiful ocean view along with depth of natural surrounding. Keep in mind that the Spring Break week is very high demand. Our condo price was in keeping with the other condos in the area even though we go the extra mile to keep our guest happy.

My husband and I have rented several vacation condos over the years and this one is by far the nicest one yet. Although the above pictures are great....they still don't totally capture how lovely this unit is. Everything is high quality...from the most important (mattresses!) down to the cutlery. The kitchen is very well equipped...in fact the pots/pans are higher quality than we have at home! We have always been a tad disappointed with the cleanliness of most units but this one is absolutely spotless...so if you like clean...you'll love this. If you are lucky enough to find this unit available...book it...you will not be disappointed!
