2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 5)

Its a short walk from the ferry...Please be our guest on the Vineyard! There is a very comfortable Vineyard cottage feel to our two bedroom (760 SF) harbour-view condo. Our sunny unit is just steps to the lovely pool. The property is spacious and beautifully landscaped with a pretty perennial garden right outside the back door. If you want to get away from it all and still have the accessibility to all the Vineyard has to offer - please come enjoy your home away from home. The condo is furnished with all amenities, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker & grinder, hairdryer, cable TV w/DVD, VCRs in each bedroom, A/C in each bedroom,beach chairs/umbrella/pool floats, as well as on-site laundry facilities. We also provide DSL high-speed internet if you really need to be online - bring your laptop. Walk to beach, lagoon kayaking and Black Dog restaurant. If you are looking for a homey alternative to the hotel room atmosphere - look no further. Step back in time while strolling through the shops along main street. Take in a movie, go to the spa or dine at one of Vineyard Haven's many fine restaurants..all a short stroll.

We know some of the other homeowners in the compound...If you'd like to rent multiple units for the same week - we could coordinate a family or friends group vacation! Just ask :) Directly across from the ferry is the excellent island wide bus system so that you can easily explore all that this beautiful island has to offer. There are public tennis courts as well as a park with a playground, volleyball net, basketball court and softball and hockey fields across the street. Bring your bikes, bring your kayaks, bring your bathing suit and a book! Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime! We have provided many brochures and information in the condo for you to plan a very eventful trip...or even better - just sit by the pool or on the beach and relax....you're on island time.....

I am a single woman who loves to spend time on the Vineyard. I also love to travel in the US and around the world. I am a project manager for a large retail company and I currently live in Massachusetts. I have spent alot of time on the island and I can be of assistance with most anything that you need or questions that you have.

Ive been spending time on the Vineyard since I was in college. Every summer I was here with family or friends for at least a week. I had a yearning to have a place of my own and searched through the real estate listings and dreaming for many years. Finally I found the perfect little 'beach house' for me that I would love and be able to relax in my own place with my family and neices and nephews...I know you will love it too !

What makes this condo unique

This little haven is very close to the downtown area where the public bus system runs as well as the ferry terminal. It is possible to spend your vacation on the vineyard without a car if you like to bike and bus. A car does come in handy if you have children for loading up to go to the beach and sightseeing at your leisure. Or just relaxing by the pool away from the hustle and bustle.....
