Beautifully appointed four bedroom top floor apartment boasting fantastic views towards Studland and Brownsea Island...

This larger than average apartment boasts bright and airy accommodation throughout comprising large lounge with picture windows and a patio door to the private balcony with views overlooking Poole Harbour and Studland. A modern centrally heated apartment with a fitted kitchen which is accessed from the lounge.

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a luxury en-suite bathroom with corner bath, There are a further two double bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes one with an additional single bed. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Bedroom two to four are served by a newly fitted family bathroom. With a bath, WC and integral shower.

Freeview TV and access to Broadband are among the many features of this luxury well appointed apartment. Two free off road parking spaces available.

Adjacent to the apartment is the chain ferry to Shell Bay. Plus ferries to Brownsea Island, Poole quay and Poole town Centrer. The local open top bus can be taken to Swanage, Corfe Castle and Bournmouth.

Spacious flat with good views

A well-appointed, very clean and comfortable flat close to sandy beaches. The view is wonderful: even on rainy days (we had just one in 10 days) one can spend hours watching the world and all those boats go by. We even saw Captain Jack Sparrow and some pirates one morning waiting for the boat over to Brownsea Island. The beaches are beautiful - stretching for miles and miles. A good basis also for exploring the wider area.

I am so pleased that your holiday went well. The weather this year has been quite unusual so far, but inspite of this, as you say, there is so much to see just through the picture window in the lounge. Wonderful place for the Grandparents to watch all the boat activity, without having to move out of the flat. Youngsters just love it too, when they are not on the beach or the ferry going over to Studland, or catching a trip over to Brownsea.

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a wedding we were going to at Compton Acres - this apartment was perfect! It's only minutes away from the venue but it was also spotless and collecting and leaving keys etc was all made very simple and convenient. It's a lovely spacious apartment which we would definitely be happy to recommend!

We had a great family holiday in June. Large flat which comfortably catered for 6 adults, which was well appointed and clean. The views from the flat are stunning, plenty going on in terms of sea traffic making an ever changing landscape.

Good position for activities and the beach just round the head was beautiful, and even encouraged some of us to go swimming.

Excellent arrangements for picking up the keys and felt very secure.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Marvellous apartment, beautiful location, wonderful weather. Couldn't have asked for more!! Definately will be back either later this year or early next.
