We are a family of four with two children under 10. We purchased this home so that our kids could grow up knowing the beach and we could entertain our friends at the beach. It has been a perfect retreat for fun and entertaining at the beach. We stay a few weeks every year and keep everything it top shape.

Grace by the Sea is unusual for Pine Island homes in that it was not originally built as a rental. It has unusually large living areas, all bedrooms are masters and the kitchen was made for entertaining. While it has 6 bedrooms, its square footage is comparable to 8 bedroom homes in Pine Island. The finishes are also of a superior quality and it is maintained impeccably.
The pool is larger than most in the area at 38x15 and it has a built in baby pool. Also unusual for Pine Island is the built in hot tub.
The house is ideal for up to three families and comfortably sleeps 14.
