In walking distance of magnificent beaches and fun waterfront cafes and sports bars, Casita Tia Maria occupies the first floor of Casa Paso Fino -- with two outdoor eating porches. There is also a 3rd floor roof deck with sweeping views of Esperanza harbor and Sun Bay as well as the stars at night. Two bedrooms and a living room futon sleep 4-6 people. Perfect for families of 4 or couples traveling together.
About Casa Paso Fino

We first discovered Esperanza six years ago on a day trip to Vieques. A family of four, two of us recently out of college and two of us long out of college, arrived by publico from the ferry and said, 'Oh! Where's this?!' We have all four returned every year since, first as renters and then as home owners. Unfortunately, we cannot stay all year! We invite you to share our home with us and enjoy Esperanza.

Why Casa Paso Fino chose Vieques Island

A perfect location for families of 4-5 or couples traveling together. (Additional bedrooms available for large parties; inquire.) Everyone can choose his own activity or beach by day, gathering to barbecue on the porch in the evening or strolling to the waterfront for dinner in one of the many open-air restaurants. Quiet street yet close to everything!

What makes this house unique

Property is located on the highest and most quiet street in Esperanza, yet within easy walking distance of the Malecon (promenade along the waterfront), where one can enjoy drinks, food, and salsa music in bistros while gazing at the sea (at often at passing Paso Fino riders)! A grocery and bakery are also close by. Sun Bay, the largest beach on the island, begins at the end of the Malecon.
