This home has a great boat dock and is located on the best part of the lake for skiing and recreation. There is a gentle slope to the water to a private boat dock. This is truly the perfect vacation home on Lake Travis for small or large groups. It has it all including a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball, mini-basketball, air-hockey, dart board, poker table, card playing table, games, TV.

This home was built to enjoy Lake Travis. It is on a main body of deep water with a gradual walk to the lake. You can bring your own water toy(s) or rent one from a local Marina. There is a boat launch, less than 1/2 a mile from the house which should never go dry. This is the ultimate lake home for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. When the sun goes down, there is a lot to do in the home to keep everybody occupied such as poker, pool, Foosball, air hockey, movies, games, etc.

We had a group of 13 come down for the weekend from the DFW area. Everything about our stay and this property was first class. The property is easily accessible with Class A finishes and a lake view that is hard to beat. Other than enjoying the homes amenities we aere able to get out and enjoy a few of the area golf courses which were in fantastic shape for the first weekend of April.
Our entire party had an actual bed to sleep in (not a couch), this house truely sleeps 14! Excellent kithcen with all new, high-end appliances; two outdoor grills, one upstairs and one down. All towels and lines were fresh and comfortable, house feels brand new and is extremely comfortable. The upstairs patio/balcony has an outdoor fireplace and electric lamp heaters perfect for enjoying the outdoors and lake on a chilly night. I would reccommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.--
