3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with central A/C, chef's kitchen, and custom design

The dining room and patio have peek views of Little Pond, fifty yards away, while the family beach on Great Pond is a few minutes walk. Bristol Beach, on Nantucket Sound, is a half mile away. This vacation home was totally rebuilt and expanded in 2012, with central air, hardwood floors, and high-end finishings and trim. We have added genuine Persian carpets and furniture from custom makers.

The kitchen features new maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and an island counter with stools. It opens to a fireplaced living room with 42' flat-screen satellite TV and built-in stereo. The bay window and alcove open to a charming neighborhood on a quiet street. The adjoining dining room has a vaulted ceiling and sliding doors that open to a large patio with dining furniture and a gas grill.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, and has a walk-in closet and private bath with porcelain tile and large stall shower. The bedroom has a queen bed and a small flat screen TV. Also on the first floor is a half bath with full size washer and dryer.

Two spacious bedrooms on the second floor have queen beds. One has an additional twin bed or daybed. The second floor is served by a large tiled bathroom with a deep tub and generous storage.
