The lower level family room and media center has direct access to the patio, deck and grounds. A wet bar with a wine refrigerator and mini kitchen service the downstairs entertainment area. The grilling patio area is perfect for outside entertaining. A third double bedroom (with twin beds), full bathroom, and separate laundry room completes the lower level.
The secluded setting features a large stone and brick terrace and path leading to a waterside viewing deck. The private deep-water dock and beach is shared with the property's owner.
