About Scott Selmanoff
I have lived in Berkeley & Oakland for over 40 years and love Northern California. It is my pleasure to share my knowledge of the area and suggest interesting places for guests to explore and experience.

Why Scott Selmanoff chose Berkeley
This property is our primary residence and we are lovingly restoring it. We are upgrading and adding a master bathroom, restoring the downstairs and landscaping. We do not work on these projects while guests are here. The house is fully functional and we live downstairs some times.
What makes this house unique
Private location and fantastic views. It's like being in the country in the city with all the amenities. Lots of trees and birds. Five minute walk to Peets coffee, Rick & Anns Restaurant, Bakery, shops and Claremont Resort & Spa.
