My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The condo was just as pictured on the listing. We loved the balcony both for dolphin watching and we actually did see them a couple of times and also the sunsets were beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool - it was very large and heated. There is also a nature trail that we walked. There are several nice restaurants that we enjoyed-one being Sam's Beach Bar. The condo itself was very well appointed and didn't lack for anything you might need. We met the owners, Angel and Carmen, and they are such a nice couple.
We loved our stay and would recommend it in a minute. The view from our balcony was wonderful and watching the dolphins in the little bay awesome. The pool - big and temperature just right. I also enjoyed the excersise room and keep fit exercises with the other ladies in the mornings. We enjoyed the walking the trail around the little bay too! Your condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The entire building was well maintained, clean and safe.
My husband and I had the most relaxing month staying at the condo. Granted-July in Florida may not be the best place to be but we were so lucky to have found this gem!! You couldn't ask for better accommodations. Condo was very clean and well cared for, the view from either the front or back of the condo was refreshing! We sat for hours out the north balcony watching the sea birds and the occasional dolphin or two that made their way through the lagoon in search of fish. Angel and Carmen were perfect hosts!!!! They stopped by occasionally to see if we needed anything but mostly left us to our own. We asked, and they provided recommendations on restaurants that we took advantage of. Being in a gated area provided an added sense of security and the gentlemen at the guard entrance were very friendly. Laundry amentities were just down the hall and very convenient to the condo location. Meeting room was open to all guests who stayed there with on-site Internet services. I was able to work from there during our entire stay. We would recommend this property to anyone who is planning on staying in the area, without a doubt. Wonderful people to rent from!!!!! We definitely plan on another trip to Florida and we will definitely call on Angel & Carmen for accomodations!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!
We have already rented this condo for four months in 2015. It is spotlessly clean and furnished with new dishes, new pots and pans, ample cooking utensils, nice linens, and sufficient cleaning tools. Everything works properly. I know that for the first time in 3 years that I will only have to pack clothing, personal items, and golf clubs. Also, I won't have to scrub the refrigerator, floors, showers, windows, drawers, and vacuum the furniture before we can unpack. The heated swimming pool is wonderful and it's fun to watch the dolphins from the deck

31 night minimum stay
This condo is rented on a monthly basis at $1800. per month. No pets allowed; no smoking allowed in Unit. Only those designated as Tenant shall occupy the Unit unless written consent of owner is obtained. Tenant may cancel and pay $350.00 cancellation fee to owner with written notice by certified mail at least 90 days prior to check in date. Electrical usage to be paid by Tenant.
Security deposit of $500.00 upon execution of rental agreement; Rent payment and cleaning charges due upon arrival via certified check payable to Angel and Carmen Rodriguez. $500.00 security charge less electrical usage will be returned to Tenant upon receipt of electricity bill.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
