My name is Chip Haring. We have had this and other property in Seagrove Beach for over 30 years. We split time between Seagrove and Auburn, AL. My wife Nancy is a doctor at Jackson Hospital and I am in real estate development. We are part owners of the 'V Seagrove' restaurant in Seagrove and the soon to be 'Residences at Hotel Viridian. We have met many wonderful guests at 'Paradise Too' over the years and look forward to meeting you!
I have been intrigued by the Highway 30A/Seagrove beach area all my life. It is very unique/charming and seems separate from all the hustle and bustle to the east and west.
The house was built to take advantage of the 110 feet of ocean frontage. From the porch looking east and west, you almost have the feeling of being on an island.
