My name is Chip Haring. We have had this and other property in Seagrove Beach for over 30 years. We split time between Seagrove and Auburn, AL. My wife Nancy is a doctor at Jackson Hospital and I am in real estate development. We are part owners of the 'V Seagrove' restaurant in Seagrove and the soon to be 'Residences at Hotel Viridian. Owner/Property Manager purchased this house in 1980
I have been intrigued by the Highway 30A/Seagrove beach area all my life. It is very unique/charming and seems separate from all the hustle and bustle to the east and west.
The house was built to take advantage of the 110 feet of ocean frontage. From the porch looking east and west, you almost have the feeling of being on an island.
I highly recommend "Paradise Too" to any and all. This home is perfectly located for both young and old, beach lovers, and beach watchers, those who love to sit by the pool and get a tan, or those who love to kayak and bike til they drop, sunrise watchers and sunset watchers. Our party was a mix of all of these and Paradise had everything we could have wanted. We even had a chef in our midst who spent his evenings in the well equipped sizable kitchen cooking and wave watching at the same time. Our kayak rental was delivered to the door and picked up there too. We could have rented paddle boards, bikes, even a golf cart. We biked along the bike path from Inlet Beach all the way past Blue Mountain Beach, including the nature trails in the various parks and the paths in Alys Beach, Water Sound Beach, Seaside and Water Colors. I didn't have time to see all of them. We kayaked several times a day and saw a huge sea turtle, small sharks, many stingrays, lots of fish and dolphins, and a manatee. I actually went out alone and was kept company by a pod of 5 dolphins for a while. We saw these from the huge deck too. We spent most of the family time on deck watching the different marine life swim up and down the coast. We had 8 young adults, all together they turned on the tv once. They used their computers about twice each for the whole week, and two of our sons didn't even charge or use their phone the whole week long. They rested together talking or playing games on the deck which has a huge shaded area, and two sunny areas at each end. Sometimes they would go down to the pool and swim and play games there. Dinner was a family event eaten on the deck together. The publix (grocery store) was easily biked for small things or a short drive for a big shop. One mile to seaside was biked easily or a short walk. The house was stocked with a million little extras to make the stay comfortable, hair dryer, high chair, ironing board, videos, games, books, two blenders, the list goes on and on. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice surprise too. Tons of parking too. Last but not least, the owner couldn't have been more helpful. We met him on the beach our first day and he was always trying to make our stay more pleasant.
