There are 3 bedrooms on the main (middle floor): the master with king size bed and adjoining bath, one on the southwest corner of house with queen size bed, one on the northwest corner of house with twin beds (which can become a king if desired). These two bedrooms are connected by a hallway with a bathroom between them. On the third floor, overlooking the living area there is a sleeping loft with 3 single beds, and there is a bedroom next to the loft with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top. Also on this third level there is a big bathroom. On the bottom floor there is a big open room with Mexican tile floor and two bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top). There is an adjoining bathroom and laundry room. The middle floor has heart pine floors in the bedrooms and Mexican tile in the dining, living, and kitchen areas. The kitchen and dining room are next to each other with the living area in front of them (towards the ocean). There are ocean views from all three of these of areas. Dining is usually done at the dining room table, at the open counters to the kitchen (using 3 bar stools), TV tables in living area, on the porch (deck tables, etc.), and occasionally on the gazebo (located halfway down the boardwalk. There is a TV/DVD in the living area and in each of the bedrooms on the main floor as well as in the downstairs bunk room and upstairs bedroom. Also, right outside of the bunk room toward the ocean is an outside enclosed hot and cold shower. The kitchen has new granite counter tops, a new gas range/double convection oven, new refrigerator and other conveniences. All bedrooms have ocean views. The house is approached from the back side (north) from county road 30-A via Periwinkle Lane. No roadside traffic noises (which are associated with most of the other homes in the Seagrove Beach area). Located 1/2 mile East of 'Seaside' and 'Water Color'. I have been intrigued by the Highway 30A/Seagrove beach area all my life. It is very unique/charming and seems separate from all the hustle and bustle to the east and west.
The house was built to take advantage of the 110 feet of ocean frontage. From the porch looking east and west, you almost have the feeling of being on an island.
