Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with Screened in Porch - 1st Floor/ No Steps

This condo sits just outside a beautiful pond with fountain, surrounded by trees. Pet-friendly neighborhood. Walk to outlets, restaurants, grocery store, beer/wine/liquor and Walmart. Easy 2 mile drive to boardwalk/beach and bike path less than 1/2 mile that goes directly to main avenue in Rehoboth Beach.

This is the living room (screened in porch straight ahead). I bought this as a model home and am refurnishing and repainting for the 2013 summer season.

Several delicious family and seafood restaurants within walking distance. Complex/condo sits far enough off main drag so the children can walk or ride bikes around complex. Very safe.

My typical weekly rental is a 5-day stay from Sunday at 2 p.m. to Friday at 12 noon and it is $700.00 - $750.00 for those 5 days. To stay through the weekend, it will be an additional $350.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
