Location-Location, this spacious home is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. In addition to our exceptional views from most rooms and decks, just steps away from our villa garden-gate are the beach, 2 heated oversized pools and tennis court. It sleeps 10 and has a total of 4 bedrooms and a family room (sleeping den): 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 queen and 1 twin trundle beds) and a large family room that doubles as a sleeping den (trundle twin bed) all on the first level, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The second floor includes the living, dining rooms, wet bar and dining/kitchen room bar, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. The third floor opens up to a master suite (king size bed, bath, dressing area, and office space) and 3rd floor deck. This oceanfront home is located in the private Seagate Village community of Dewey Beach. This unique community covers a full beach block and was developed to fit within the footprint and buildings of a former Dupont estate. It is located within walking distance (1.2 miles) to downtown Rehoboth Beach. If you prefer not to walk or drive a public trolley stops at the corner of the property, and will take you to downtown Rehoboth to enjoy the boardwalk, fun land, or a large array of restaurants (ranging from gourmet to take out).
If you love the ocean and beach, come relax on our decks, sit in our side garden, enjoy the beautiful vistas, read, swim, play tennis, walk or run. It can be a wonderful vacation home for you.
We are the original owners of this single family home. It was renovated completely in 2001. Over the years, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. Our drive from our home in Md, always seemed to go quickly. Stress disappears once you cross the Chesapeake Bay bridge. Our family, now includes young grandchildren, we use our home throughout the year but only periodically through the summer.

Our home is special to us; especially since, we designed the original home and then improved it's floor plan with the renovation. It is a comfortable well maintained home with free wireless capability, decks, patio, and a side garden, which includes an outside shower. It is a place where you can enjoy yourself or work if you prefer. Looking at the ocean provides a great back drop for any activity.
The home is like living in a boat. Many spectacular views from every level but especially the second and third floors. You will especially enjoy looking out from the kitchen while cooking or working and viewing the ocean from a living room sofa or chair. If it should rain the views are still there and 1 TV per floor will keep the kids happy. Our community amenities add to the overall beach experience. The ground level and first floor of Manor House is available during business hours. We believe there is no other beachfront property quite like Seagate.
This oceanfront property is picturesque, spacious, quiet, and offers many amenities (includes 2 heated pools and tennis court within the community). The home has easy access to the many beach like activities (Rehoboth boardwalk), casual and gourmet restaurants and public parks. It is within 1 mile of downtown Rehoboth Beach, which is accessed on foot, use of public transportation (during the season) or an easy drive by car. The area can best be described as a residential beach community with special amenities not provided by other communities.

Our home is rented on a weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The rental contract will include an attachment of the Seagate Association rules that must be signed and are part of the contract. Those who rent multiple weeks will receive a supplemental weekly cleaning as an amenity.
Rent includes 1 on-street Dewey parking pass in addition to 2 assigned parking spaces within the community.
Dates are reserved once a deposit of 50% of the rent is paid (by check or PAY PAL) and a signed rental contract received. The remainder is due 90 days before the occupancy date along with a $500 (Security Deposit). All amounts paid in advance for rent, become non-refundable at the 90 day point. For contracts signed less than 90 days before occupancy, payment is due in full when booked.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
