About Jillian Greenwood
Windermere Hood Canal has brought excellence and professionalism to the clients we serve in the Hood Canal area for well over two decades. We had so many inquiries from people wanting to come and enjoy Hood Canal that in 2006 we launched our Vacation Rentals component. We truly love the area and all its amenities. Our home owners are all wonderful people and each has a home with its very own unique attributes.

Why Jillian Greenwood chose Quilcene
Hood Canal Master's Retreat is truly a beautiful home that's so lovingly and tastefully constructed and furnished. It's surrounded by woods and privacy yet has the benefit of all the WiFi, satellite TV, flip of the switch gas fireplace, and spa-like bath features you could ever need. The views are amazing and give you that tranquil feeling - you'll want to stay longer than you planned!
What makes this villa unique
We really love the way the home was designed with master suites on either wing from the central areas. Both are so beautiful it's hard to choose which one to stay in!
Quilcene is known as 'The Pearl of the Peninsula' with Art galleries, wonderful people, and public beaches containing the renowned shellfish Hood Canal is famous for. Also very close by (about a 15-20 minute drive) is the Olympic Music Festival which is locally owned, highly recommended and attracts visitors from around the world.
Guestbook comments from the manager
We stayed four nights and had a great time at this rental. With two master suites located on opposite ends of the house, we were able to fit both us and our twin one-year-olds on one end of the home, while our friends stayed in the other master suite and we weren't bothered at all by any noise. We were lucky enough to have great weather while there and spent quite a bit of time outside enjoying the deck that runs the entire length of the back of the home, as well as the fire and horse shoe pits. We really enjoyed the Bald Eagle nest that sits on the bluff about 50 yards from the home, as well as the complete quiet of the whole place. The rental agency says there is no beach access and they aren't fibbing. The home sits about 200' above the water with at least a 100' drop off so it truly does not have beach access. We found the house very comfortable and stocked with almost everything we needed. For those not familiar with the area like we weren't, the home is located in Quilcene, a small town with limited services so bring all the things you think you may need. We found the small organic market and the restaurant to be quite good and would recommend stopping at those if you need anything. Rate overall experience as excellent and would recommend.
