Villa Matarazzo is a beautiful property located on the top of the hill in front of the Gardara Castle, overlooking the Adriatic coast from Rimini to Gabicce. It is in the middle of a beautiful park of 30,000 square meters. The Villa has 15 rooms beautifully appointed with luxury furniture.

There is a beautiful swimming pool with a superb panorama, a nice gym and a fitness track in the park where you can exercise.

For families there are several theme parks like Aquafan (water park), Oltremare, Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Cattolica Aquarium or Falconara zoo. Moreover, for people who want to enjoy night-life, discos, pubs and restaurants of the Riviera are a must.

Notes: There are 2 kitchens: a professional one that is available only to people who rent the entire property and it needs a supervisor and a domestic kitchen for a communal use. Then, there is also a nice barbecue area in the park.
