Close to McDowell regional park and the Sonoran preserve. Both have great mountain biking and hiking trails (within riding distance). Open space is within walking distance. Nice road riding from the house. A variety of Golf courses are close by. The Fountain Park is close by with dining and coffee shops. The Mayo clinic and Scottsdale are close by.

Our fourth trip to the desert oasis of Fountain Hills was the charm as we enjoyed the lodging of this comfortable home on East Cascade. Just minutes from our production site at Fountain Park, this home provided enough open space for our crew to enjoy meals together, but also enough seclusion in each of the three bedrooms to get our work done. The back yard putting green was a great addition too that we took great advantage of. Hope to come back on an annual basis.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
