Welcome to our peaceful beach getaway! Skip the condo crowds and come get the quiet you're looking for. Our property has been completely remodeled and with only 3 units in the building you will feel like you're in the privacy of your own home. Located on a quiet street only 2 blocks walking distance from the beach. Our 1BD, 1BA unit is located on the ground floor with a private porch entry overlooking the pool. Unit has new furnishings and sleeps up to 2 with a king bed in the master. Bedroom has extra linens and flat screen TV. Bathroom has a walk in glass enclosed shower and there are plenty of extra towels. Beach towels are also provided for you. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need to feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. Flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room with extended cable including HD and music channels. The laundry room is shared by the units and has 2 washers and 2 dryers along with a TV to keep you occupied while you do your laundry.

This gated unit has a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and umbrella as well as chairs and table for outdoor dining. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, surfboard, a wagon to pull to the beach, fishing poles and pool floats. You also have your own parking space. Ron Jon's and the Pier are about 3 miles away. Publix is located less than 2 miles away for your grocery shopping. Shopping mall and movie theater are approximately 7 miles away.

About Julie Donovan

My husband and I live in Merritt Island with our 3 children. We love vacationing every year in different tropical areas and always stay close to the beaches. We love renting from private owners to feel like we're still at home with out the crowd from hotels or condos. So we thought why not provide that for everyone who visits our area!

Our unit is only 2 blocks from the beach. No need to find beach parking, it's just a few steps away! Other local attractions within about a 10 min drive are miniature golfing, arcade, tennis, casino cruise, nightlife, restaurants and more. Orlando airport is about a 45 min drive as well as all the major Disney theme parks.

Wonderful small apartent with big amenities -- within a few blocks from the beach

This unit is one of three apartments in a newly refurbished building -- everything was brand new. While small (1 BR), it was lovely, with everything you need in a vacation rental. A small pool (unheated) just outside the door with lots of chairs/chaises for lounging. A small screened in porch, free laundry facility, spotless kitchen and bathroom, offstreet parking. Lots of beach accessories for you to take to the beach. This unit was light and airy, with windows on three sides -- unlike some of the condos right on the beach that seem dark and dreary inside.

The owners were great. They live in the area an were very responsive to any questions/needs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers

This well-appointed home was a delightful place to stay. Everything was clean and bright. Much thought went into the details here. We enjoyed being so close (about three blocks) to the beach. Although the weather was unusually cold, there was still plenty to enjoy in the area. My only idea for improvement is adding a shower caddy or some sort of shelf in there -there was no where to keep soap, shampoo, etc. otherwise, this place came with all sorts of extras, including beach chairs, coolers, etc., and was thoughtfully stocked. Highly recommend!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
