This property is located in a very upscale marina/resort in the Marathon area. There are 2 decks, which have fantastic views of the canal/harbor. The home is very well appointed, with just about all of the amenities you could hope for. I've been to other places in the Keys, and this is a much classier place compared to others I've stayed in. There are a number of great seafood restaurants within a few miles. We had a few really fantastic meals during our stay.
If you've got a boat and are hoping to dock it, this would be the perfect place. Basically the dock is about 20 feet from the back patio. Very convenient for those who have their own boat or are renting a watercraft while on vacation. There is also a very nice pool with comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging around. We were there during the middle of the week, and basically had the place to ourselves.
One thing to note, if you are looking to sit in a beach chair and fish right from the docks, this is not the right place for that. Fishing from the docks/marina is not allowed; this is more of a place to dock/launch motorized watercraft, not a place to catch and clean fish from the water's edge. I think the rules makes sense for this type of marina/resort; you should just be aware of that before booking.
