Avid outdoor enthusiast, local dentist, pilot, professional triathlete. I grew up in Great Falls, MT, moved to Missoula in 2003, and fell in love with the town. I love to mountain bike, telemark and skate ski, hike, backpack, and garden. I would love to share the opportunity to experience Missoula with you with my well equipped house. Immaculate and thoughtful rental with everything anyone could want. We were in Missoula for our son's wedding. This was perfect for all of our adult children and wives...only a few blocks from our son's Missoula home...walkable to downtown, the Farmer's market and close to Rattlesnake hiking. Although right on busy Van Buren, you don't feel it, very private yard and deck and private off street parking. The owner was great to work with. Don't hesitate on this one!
This house in the Rattlesnake is a perfect place for a family or a group of couples to stay. The proximity both to downtown bars and restaurants and to outdoor activities is unbeatable. The yard was great for outdoor dining, barbecuing and yard games. In addition, the owner was extremely pleasant to work with, and I'd highly recommend this house for a fun visit to Missoula!
My family had a wonderful stay at the active escape in the Rattlesnake. We had 7 in our party and the house was very spacious, yet cozy. Our teenage kids had a great time, and thought the house was awesome. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and being so close to the Rattlesnake and also the trailhead to the L. Thank you!
My young daughters and I spent a week in this house. It's an excellent location -- a few blocks from downtown, Greenough Park, and the river. The house is lovely, charming, comfortable, and well furnished. We loved the backyard and spent every evening enjoying the mountain from the patio. Adam also was excellent and very attentive to our needs.
Our family stayed in this charming house while in Missoula. The house is in a perfect location in town to get downtown, up in the Rattlesnake, and over to the university and it had everything we needed during our stay. I've stayed in my fair share of VRBO's and this house was very clean, comfortable, and the owner was easy to work with -- super prompt communication which is appreciated. We'll definitely be staying here again and have already recommended it to friends.
This is my 3rd time using this VRBO and I must say it keeps getting better. This is a very comfortable home with lots of nice little extras that make the visit special. Beds are very comfortable with real sheets (if you travel a lot you know what I'm talking about). The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at the house on a nightly basis. Fire place makes it feel like our home. Close to good hikes and biking trails and within walking distance to the University and downtown.
Lastly, the owner was prompt, helpful and easy to work with.
Countless miles of running, hiking, mountain biking and horse back riding trails at your finger tips, right out the back door. No need to drive anywhere. This cozy house is located in Missoula's coveted Rattlesnake Valley, walking distance to several grocery stores, farmers markets, and downtown restaurants and shopping.
