House, 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Main floor (2nd level): Spacious lake view living room flows into an open kitchen design. Two staircases lead from the entry level to the second level. The living room includes vaulted ceilings, accent lighting , gas fireplace, comfortable contemporary furnishings , large flat screen TV, DVD, Radio-CD-player stereo system, Pioneer DVD speaker system for iPod and access to lake view sundeck with chaise lounge chairs. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8-10 with spectacular lake and mountain views, and adjacent access to side patio (lake view, of course) with additional outdoor seating for up to 12. The kitchen has a lake view, is modern and fully equipped and appointed. A breakfast bar has two leather bar stools. The Master Suite is located on the main floor. It has a tranquil lake view from the king size “Select Comfort Mattress” bed and master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower area, and double sink vanity counter. The main floor also has a guest bath, patio area with patio furnishings and a gas BBQ, utility room with washer and dryer, sink, iron & ironing board.

Entry Level:

Guest bedroom #1 - View - Level access with artistic brick fireplace and accent lighting. Here you will find a queen size bed, flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, and radio-cassette-CD player stereo system. A special feature of this room is the glass slider door providing easy access to the lower patio and driveway area, with no steps. The patio is a lovely place to enjoy an afternoon beverage and watch the activity on the lake overlooking the garden and grape vines.

Guest bedroom #2 - Partial View - This level access guest room has a queen size bed and flat panel TV.

Guest baths: The lower level as two 3/4 baths.

Bunk area: This special private room with windows has an oversized pine log bunk bed. The lower bunk has a full size mattress and the upper bunk has a twin mattress. Adjacent to the bunk room is a small lounge area with VCR, DVD, games, microwave and small refrigerator.

Upper level - View - Guest room #3 - Huge guest room boasts lake views from many windows. The 300 sq. ft. room includes a queen size bed with flat panel TV, lounge area with flat panel TV and DVD, screened area with a twin size bed and view windows, and a cozy private sun porch to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the quail and great horned owl.

Garage: Inside access to garage with room for two vehicles of moderate size.

Parking: In addition to the garage, the circular drive and portico can accommodate four additional vehicles. The entry lane to the property is narrow. We suggest no 'large' vehicles or trailers of any kind.

Sverre and Liza fell in love with this property at first sight. We have owned rental properties for most of our adult lives and this one is hands down our favorite. QuailsEnd has been a member of the Chelan Chamber of Commerce since 2006.

Floating on an air mattress on the lake on a hot day is wonderful!

This place is perfect! I have been here at least three times and am looking forward to going back again this spring. It is a great location with incredible views. The kitchen is more than fully stocked. It has everything you would want. The layout is conducive for togetherness and privacy. I agree with all the reviews below!

Excellent End of Summer Retreat

This place is gorgeous!! What a view! A very spacious living area with very comfortable furnishings. The master suite if removed from the rest of the house so there is plenty of privacy.
We enjoied the waterfront dock with the slide because the lake is nice and warmed up by September! It was perfect for our boat as well.
The kitchen and dinning area is huge and easily accomidated all 10 of us!
We will definately be back for more fun in the sun at Quails End!

EXCELLENT.... and would highly recommend!!

My husband, myself and our granddaughter stayed for a weekend last Fall. Since we live in the Puget Sound area and many of our friends live in Eastern Washington, it was an absolutely wonderful place to meet up and enjoy each other's company. We met up with 3 other couples, our friends for years - who live in Eastern Washington, and their children. The minute we pulled into the driveway we were truly impressed by the home itself as well as immediately seeing the beautiful lake and mountains! Once we entered the home we were once again impressed! The home is very spacious and decorated very nicely! It has the comfort of home as well as every amenity you could want!! The home is so spacious that we truly had our own "space" and the bedrooms were large and comfortable! My granddaughter and her friends LOVED sleeping in the bunk beds and having their own space to hang out and watch movies and play video games!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want or need! I am looking forward to our next stay as my husband and I will be staying in the bedroom with the fireplace and sliding glass door with a small patio overlooking the lake and mountains! The lake and mountains were breath-taking!! This home could certainly accommodate a lot more people and we are hoping to have a few more friends join us! It was so nice to go out on the deck and watch the sun go down over the beautiful mountains!!! Our next trip is going to be this summer and we are looking forward to swimming in the lake and soaking up the sunshine!! Also,we were lucky enough to see a few cute little quails! Every part of our stay was wonderful and we can't wait to go again this summer!!!

This Is Truly a Great Getaway

A group of friends and I stayed here a year ago and we plan on going back this year. It is a very comfortable house for family and/or friends with both group and private spaces. The kitchen was fun to cook in and had everything needed. The yard is lovely, quiet, and private. The deck is gracious, with the amazing overlook of the Lake and mountains. I definitely would give QuailsEnd 5 stars.

We love Quails End!

This is my favorite place to go and relax; my family and I look forward to going back every year.
The home is luxurious and comfortable at the same time. There are tons of tourist activities and amazing wineries to visit. Enjoying the view of the lake from the deck and watching the sun set at the end of an amazing day is by far my favorite.

We look forward to coming back again and again.
