1950 Sq Ft, Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms. Quiet Location.

The property has one king bedroom with TV, and two queen bedrooms. Large backyard with BBQ cooking center and outdoor living area. We have a family room with flat screen TV and there is a separate great room area featuring a dining room table and sitting area. There is a den for computer set up. WIFI available.

What makes this house unique

The Johnson Ranch Golf course has a wonderful restaurant. Monday nights they have dinner and music from 6 to 8 pm. Great place to socialize and meet new friends.

We stayed in Steve and Marsha's home last November for a week, and loved it so much we ended up buying a home just like it! It's beautiful, the décor is spectacular and Steve and Marsha are wonderful people to deal with. There is so much to do in the Johnson Ranch/San Tan Valley area, I would definitely recommend their home!

We have enjoyed Steve and Marsha's house very much. Everything needed to start a 3 month stay was provided. As you can see in the pictures, the house is great, furnishings are top notch and the back yard and patio are an inviting place to sit and have drink in the warm sun. Steve and Marsha have been wonderful owners to work with, very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We recommend this house as a destination (winter for us) to anyone. Thanks Steve and Marsh for a winter in the San Tan Valley.
