Newly renovated home, blending the best features of mid-century design, with lots of contemporary art and accents. All new appliances, baths and furnishings.
Take a break in the rare 10 foot deep pool. Enjoy the San Jacinto Mountain views from the yard or outdoor shower. Excellent entertaining with the open floor plan. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, a center island and lots of charm.
The home features contemporary art, minimal but comfortable decor and amenities, big windows, quite neighborhood -- everything you need to leave your cares behind.
3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, one with 2 twins, provide flexible sleeping arrangements and privacy. Two bathrooms with showers and tubs, plus an outdoor shower means lots of options for guests.
Outdoor living at it's finest. Large pool and cascading spa, big back yard, covered patio with eating table and ceiling fan offers another great choice for enjoyable indoor/outdoor living.
I am the Director of a non-profit art center in Northern California. I hope my home in the desert reflects my interest in contemporary art and well-designed living.

I think you'll feel great in the newly renovated space! Leave life's clutter and problems behind and spend a modern and comfortable time in classic Palm Springs!
Mid Century Modern home. Ten foot deep pool, outstanding mountain views and all new furnishing and renovation make this a great choice. Chic and inviting
Convenient location, excellent pool and spa, private yard with great views. Would definitely stay here again.
Our family attended a wedding in Palm Springs and this house was perfect. Great pool and spa, beautiful views of the mountains, easy access to all of Palm Springs, extremely well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, cool art work, and funky design are just some of the reasons we had a great time and would come back. Kristina was also great to work with.
This property was exactly as it was detailed on VRBO. It is located very close to grocery stores, gym, old downtown Palm Springs on a quiet street in Racquet Club Estates. There was nothing not to love. The house is darling, the heated, salt water pool and spa were wonderful, every amenity necessary was in the kitchen...it was pretty perfect! We like to stay in a different mid century home every year when we visit Palm Springs so we probably won't stay in this house again, but we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rental property for their Palm Springs getaway.
Well, when you live in Minnesota, a trip to someplace like Palm Springs gives you the strength to face 3-4 months of dark, cold mornings. House just as pictured and advertised. Kitchen well-equipped and a wonderful gas grill outside meant we ate most of our meals in. Spent hours a day in the pool and hot tub also. Short 10-15 minutes to the PS Tramway and easy access to downtown Palm Springs, shopping and airport, yet located in a nice quiet neighborhood, which we liked. Only suggestions: kitchen needs more lighting (above the sink?), be careful getting into the hot tub, esp. from the pool (I learned this the hard way), and concrete floors throughout can be hard on your feet if you like to go barefoot all the time. Otherwise a great value for the money and this will be our go-to location next time in Palm Springs!
Our reward for surviving another very cold Minnesota winter was to spend 4 days at this wonderful home, located close to many things in the Palm Springs area. Pool and hot tub were wonderful; we spent a few hours a day in each. Plenty of room for the 3 of us; 5 could fit comfortably here. Memory foam mattress in the master provided restful sleep! Good plumbing for bathrooms/toilets, etc. Solar panels on the roof appear to provide a good portion of the power supply to this house, very cool. Plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen and a terrific, large, gas grill meant that we took most of our meals in-house. Only 10 minutes to the Palm Springs Tramway, and 10 minutes to PSP airport and downtown. Neighborhood is generally very quiet, which we liked. One caveat - the entire house is concrete floors, which can be hard on your feet if you like to go barefoot all the time. Also, the kitchen could use more lighting (above the sink?). Also, careful when climbing into the hot tub, especially from the pool. I speak from experience. Overall, this is a great value for Palm Springs and will be our go-to lodging whenever we visit the area again!
Just kidding about the debauchery part. We spent a very relaxing month at this home, which is simple and clean but very comfortable and uncluttered. Great back yard and pool with wonderful views of the mountain. Very quiet neighborhood near parks for dog walking. I love to cook, so appreciated the appliances and nice, big grill. Plenty of kitchen widgets. Hiking is incredible. Good base for Modernism Week. Would stay there again. Left a 6-pack of Red Stripe in the fridge.
My home is in the historic Racquet Club Estates -- the Alexander company's model mid-century neighborhood.
It is very close to downtown Palm Springs where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops, art galleries, the Palm Springs Art Museum and golf courses. It is less than a block from Victoria park for your children's enjoyment.
