Sun dance between the beach and the bay. This Lovely turnkey furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath pool home with den, screen lanai and fenced yard for privacy. ALL ON ONE FLOOR, great for disabled person(s). Completely equipped kitchen, 3 new flat screen TVs with DVD player in living room. Wireless internet. Twin size day bed in semi private den which has door to lanai and master that lock for privacy. 2 comfy fold out cots w/ mattress located in master closet. Gas Grill and table w/chairs for outside cooking. Outside is completely fenced for pool privacy and storage of your kayak or bicycles. Steps to beach and bay. Fish, relax or play, where the sunrise sparkles on the bay, and the picture perfect gulf beach sunset is the best photo of the day.

Beautiful private pool home 50 steps from the beach and 50 steps from the bay with an area to launch your kayak. No steps no stairs for easy access for seniors. Remember to take you fishing gear for bay fishing or surf fishing. Fenced play area 25 steps away for small children. Bring your bike this is a perfect area for the cycling. Property is fenced all around for bike or kayak storage. 6 foot fenced in yard for total security for your pet. The Orlando parks are about an hour and half away. Universally recognized Mote marina 5 miles away. Get a rainy afternoon go to the Ringling Museum in 15 minutes or to the Dali Museum in 45 minutes.

Great cottage with a great location

We had a great experience staying at the Bradenton Beach cottage. It was very comfortable with all of the essentials of home. The location was perfect. 1 block to the beautiful gulf beach and 2 blocks to the bay and a nice park for the kids. We enjoyed the cottage for 5 weeks and visited many of the restaurants on the island. The property is well kept with new flat screen TVs and a small swimming pool in the back yard. We enjoyed going to the Pirate spring training games a short drive in Bradenton. We enjoyed our stay enough to already have booked for another 5 weeks in 2014.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
