Stunning Remodeled Townhome located just blocks from downtown Palm Springs in the Village Racquet Club.

2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms and over 1,600 sq.ft re-designed to embrace a contemporary point of view.

Featuring westerly facing unobstructed vistas of the magnificient San Jacinto Mountain Range.

Interior updates include, New Cabinets, Granite Counters, Stainless Steel appliances, Paint, Carpet and Ceramic tile floors throughout.

This unit is located on Ramon 2 blocks from Indian Canyon Dr and is within walking distance to Shops and Restaurants, Casino and the weekly Village Fest on Thursday nights.

My Partner Kurt and I live in Seattle and we purchased this townhouse in late 2009 and then spent the next 18 months completely remodeling it. We are very proud of the results and have only been renting to family and friends since. Unfortunately our work load this year is preventing us from coming down to the Desert to enjoy it as much as we have in the past so we have decided to open the rental up to the public. Given the amount of blood, sweat and tears we have put into this unit we have elected to rent it out only on a montly basis.

We had 3 criterira when we were looking to buy in Palm Springs. It had to have a garage, it had to have a view and it had to be within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, this unit meets all of these criteria and then some.

What makes this townhome unique

Our complex is Gated and has 8 swimming pools, 3 Tennis Courts, 2 Racquetball Courts and a fully equipped gym in the community center. We are within walking distance of many hiking trails in Palm Springs as well.

Aside from being immaculate, this property has it all. Wonderful views, stylish comfort, pools and hot tubs within two minutes walk and well manicured grounds. Add to that the location, and you have a top-notch vacation spot. I dealt with Barry who couldn't have been nicer or respond any more quickly to my emails. He walked me effortlessly through the process. We would definitely come back.

Exudes exceptional quality – countertops, tile, stainless steel appliances, ice makers, sound system, spotless fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, comfortable beds, great linens, and much more.
The incredible central location is undoubtedly the best… endless possibilities within walking distance. Pools and hot tubs are clean, heavenly, private and warm.
The owners are very responsive, professional, friendly and very well organized.
A jewel -safe, modern, clean and inviting. Highly recommended if you are looking for a first class vacation getaway. Grab this place if you can...you won't be disappointed.

I was 100% satisfied by this rental. Barry is great and his house is perfect. I didn't know there were places this beautiful on an online rental site. When we arrived the house was spotless and well set up for our stay: abundant towels, linens, great quality bedding.... snacks and beverages in the fridge. Barry checked in with us and even gave us tips on things to do in Palm Springs. It was a stressful moment of trying to find a place last minute in Palm Springs for Modernism week and somehow we were so lucky to find this place. There are four pools with hot tubs in the complex. We picked grapefruit, lemons and oranges on the grounds and made fresh juice every day!

Barry returned our deposit ASAP after our visit which was very much appreciated. Great communication and assistance when we were booking the rental and making payment. If you see this place available, grab it!

The remodel of this condo is first class! Absolutely geougious. We stayed for 5 days last year and can't wait to go back this year to stay longer. The location is so convenient to everything. The pool just a few steps out the back door is perfect! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Palm Springs. We just booked another week today!!
