Newly Decorated 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM Overlook the Intracoastal Waterway

Enjoy a getaway with friends or family. Peaceful mornings and a lot more. The recently, custom decorated condo is spacious with 1900 square feet. Two decks overlook the Intracoastal Waterway and overlooks Barefoot Landing Marina. Located on Barefoot Landing property are four premium golf courses... Greg Norman, Davis Love, Pete Dye and Tom Fazino and many golf courses are available for all levels of play. Come home to 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a well equiped kitchen. There are lots of extras in this condo. New linens, beach towels, George Foreman grill, outdoor grill, every appliance and cookware item that you could imagine. The master suite has a new 40 inch LED flat screen T.V., the second guest room has a new 32 inch LED flat screen T.V. and has two queen beds. The third guest room has a new 32 inch LED flat screen T.V. and one queen bed. The living area is all set for comfort with all leather sofa and love seat and two recliner chairs (6 recliners in all) and boasts a 55 inch LED Flat screen T.V. The dining area is large and seat 8 comfortably. You have to see this one.

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for nearly 35 years. We love to golf, shop and enjoy the beach and pool. This is a dream come true to finally own a condo at Myrtle Beach. We just painted and decorated and are looking forward to you visiting this one of a kind Condo at Barefoot Landing. We live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, just a half day away.

What makes this condo unique

We have two HGTV viewers in our family and this was a great project for them. We have loved N. Myrtle Beach for so long and finally had the opportunity to buy and decorate our very own condo. The breathtaking nighttime view of the horizon glittering like diamonds and the Barefoot Landing lights dancing on the waterway below, sealed the deal for us.

Barefoot Landing Resort and Yacht Club overlooks the Intracoastal waterway. A beautiful view from this 6th floor condo with a generous floor plan. Close to shopping, golfing and entertainment and night life just minutes away and in sight of our private balcony. As a tourist to Myrtle Beach for nearly 35 years, we can safely say that Great Food, Entertainment and Excellent Golfing for all levels of play await you. In season shuttle service on the hour to Barefoot shopping and Beach with a Cabana and private bathrooms. We enjoy the Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre and Pirates Cove after a great day of golfing or swimming. We enjoy restaurants at Calabash a short drive North for Southern Seafood and there are lots of great restaurants just minutes from Barefoot.

Also has attached matching bath. Bedroom 3 offers a King bed & new 40 inch LED/LCD flat screen TV. Has a romantic balcony with a view of the horizon and Barefoot Landing in the forefront while the breathtaking nightlights are dancing on the Intracoastal Waterway. Matching large bath has a sitting trunk, storing 8 bath towels for the beach. Baths include bathing products, hair dryers and a set of towels for each guest.

We rented this property during Memorial Weekend and also during Bike week. We were so amazed @ the rooms and the kitchen, which I feel in love with not to mention the wonderful view while relaxing on balcony. There were so much amenities that were available for us to use reading materials, wine, beach chairs, towels, body wash for male and female, detergent to wash clothes and yes it has washer n dryer, cooking items as well as seasons to spice up your home cooked meal, yes home cooked, that's the atmosphere it gave us where we felt like we were home. Everybody enjoyed themselves and we already agreed to rent this property again later this year and also next year during Memorial Weekend. We come to Myrtle Beach every year for our vacation and we have never encountered a property as detailed and accommodated as this one.. We don't have any complaints thank you again for making this vacation a memorable one

excellent place to stay

We stayed there during Memorial weekend also which is Bike Week and we really enjoyed staying @ this condo. The rooms as well as the," at home" atmosphere that it gave us was beautiful. We went to Walmart first before arriving @ the condo to pick somethings up that we thought we would need during our stay and once we got there everything we need and more was there to our surprise. We look forward in renting this property again this year as well as next year during Memorial Weekend. Oh and the view from balcony was so relaxing. We always come to Myrtle Beach for our vacation every year and we have never encountered a property with FULL amenities and much more. Words cant explain or describe this property. Thank you for all your support and we will be in contact soon.

We are having such a marvelous time that I wanted to tell you what a beautiful condo you have . It is so much like being at home that we don't want to leave. We all have our own bath and privacy galore. The kitchen is fully stocked even able to bake like at home. Will be back this fall to share this our vacation with friends. Thank you so much. Love watching boats on water.

WOW! We could not have been more pleased. The pictures told us a true description that was only enhanced by seeing the actual condo. We wanted for nothing. The welcome coffee start up basket was a nice touch. We felt like it was home with the nice recliners and large TV's. We quite enjoyed being on the waterway watching the boats go by. We also enjoyed a parade on the street behind the Barefoot Landing Shopping area which we watched from our balcony. Can't wait to return and bring more friends to enjoy the nicest condo we have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach. Thanks for making our stay special.
