A new one bedroom condo has everything one needs on a relaxing vacation. This condo has a patio with table and chairs, a great place to enjoy the sun and an outdoor meal, with an ocean view. This condo is a 5 minute walk to enjoy the beautiful beaches of La Jolla and only mere moments from all the village has to offer.

The open concept layout gives a warm relaxing feel, with a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the comfortable living room. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with large closet space allowing you to spread out. The unit also contains a 42' T.V. with cable and wifi as well as 2 underground parking spots, making it very convenient for village living.

Nearest Beach : beach at 1 Miles

Located in the center of town this condo is close to the heart beat of the village. A balcony where you can see the ocean looks out over Pearl Street. Just a block from the farmers market on Sunday and a quick walk to the ocean makes this one a great place to call home.
