Apartment to sleep 6 in Bansko with mountain views and close to gondola.

Two bedroom apartment in the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, an award winning hotel complex, also listed on the Small Luxury Hotels website. The apartment is 90 m2 with open plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and south facing balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a TV and comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, whilst the kitchen has a fridge, hob, coffee machine and microwave. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and double bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. All rooms have beautiful views of the Pirin Mountains. Guests can use the facilities of the hotel complex, which include a cocktail bar, restaurants, room service, ski shuttle bus and the Asana Spa Centre, with an indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, gym, sauna and treatments and relaxation area. The apartment is located in the Gramadeto area of Bansko, at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, an UNESCO World Heritage site. The main gondola is only 700 metres from the apartment, which gives skiers and snowboarders access to 70 kilometres of pistes. The historic old town, which dates back to the 10th century, is within walking distance with its traditional 'mehana' tavernas, some of which still produce their own wine and numerous shops, bars and other tourist facilities. Summer visitors can enjoy nearby golf courses, walking or mountain biking or visit the beautiful Rila Monastery.

The resort is easily accessible by car, taxi or bus from Sofia Airport, 160 kilometres away. Alternatively, you can fly to Plovdiv Airport, which is 140 kms from Bansko.

This is our third week staying here and it is as fantastic as it was the first.
Apartment and hotel wonderful. Staff could not be more friendly. Spa facilities excellent.

It is always the icing on the cake knowing that after a fabulous days skiing there is such a nice place to go back to.

Great holiday and perfect weather

Apartment is great, lot of space, lot of light and very nice view through windows. Hotel and staff are perfect, spa is lovely and real attraction is outdoor jacuzzi. Also playing rooms with video games and billard are great for evening after skiing. Coctail bar is also intime and relaxing with nice coctail promotions...
Ski storage is with drying plants for ski boots and mini bus to gondola was in time every day - perfect.
And most important for skiers: weather was very good, lot of snow and four sunny days last week. The only thing is "Tomba" slope that wasn't in function as usual.

Lovely luxury snowy time!

Many thanks for providing a lovely holiday home! The apartment was fully functioning, exactly as pictured, and reasonably well placed, especially as it has a regular mini bus service direct to the ski gondola. The added luxury of swimming pool, sauna, restaurants and room service was great, and the kids loved the free slippers (little things!!). We were so tired after ski-ing and swimming that we didn't make much use of eating out in Bansko but the hotel food was plentiful and reasonable. Superb buffet on Xmas day! The staff were super friendly and obliging. We took the snow with us- the best in five years according to our ski instructor- and the slopes and gondola were brilliantly empty for the few days before xmas. Brilliant time had by all.

Great holidays in a wonderful apartment

We had a great time in a wonderful apartment. The apartment is large, warm and clean including free internet connection. The view to the mountains is lovely, the hotel staff is well-trained with good communication skills and very polite. The quality of breakfast served in the restaurant is good. The lobby and the spa facilities are great. As a general conclusion, we're talking about one of the best value for money 'five stars' apartments in a 'five stars' hotel.

We absolutely loved this apartment - the rooms and the balcony were lovely, the hotel staff were fabulous and the spa was gorgeous. We had some amazing treatments there after our skiing. We will be coming back.
