THE LOCATION WAS A BIT FAR FOR WALKING TO THE GARDEN CITY PIER BUT THE BEACH WAS TERRIFIC. THE CONDO NEEDS TO HAVE A FURNITURE UPDATE. THE SOFA WAS DIRTY AND SO WAS THE CARPET.THE TWINS BEDS NEED A NEW MATTRESS. I LOVE GARDEN CITY REALTY THEY CAME THRU WHEN I NEEDED THEM.
