We have been renting this vacation home since 2004. During this time, 40% of our guests return year after year. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to the highest standards. New appliances in 2013, New landscaping and furniture in 2012, New Carpet in 2011; New linens, artwork, water heaters and entertainment system in 2010. Everything is kept in great condition so you can focus on enjoying your vacation while we focus on keeping you happy, comfortable and relaxed. We live in town and are available to take care of any unforeseen situations. Snow plow service keeps your driveway clean.

This beautifully designed and well-maintained home, located steps from the Park City Mountain Resort, is designer furnished and turnkey equipped. Located in historic old town, directly between the Park City Mountain Ski Resort and the Town Lift, this home is perfect for family gatherings, a group of friends or a romantic get away. Three bedrooms, three and a half bath, heated floors through out house. Private Hot Tub, two decks, fireplace, heated garage, High Speed Wireless Internet, Fantastic views.

Prime location - A quick eight-minute walk will take you to the restaurants, galleries and shops of historic Main Street. The main lodge of the Park City Ski Resort is 300 yards down the hill. You can also access the free city wide bus service at this location. Ride the bus or Five minutes by car will bring you to Deer Valley Mountain Resort or the Canyons Ski Resort. Phenomenal fly-fishing is a 10-minute drive (year round).

The home - On the top level, you will find a beautiful deck with private hot tub and great views. Vaulted ceilings in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD, large master bath, shower with dual shower heads. A second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and full bathroom.

The main level opens to a large kitchen with all the amenities of home. Island breakfast bar, dining room, living room with leather couches - queen sofa bed, fire place, 46' flat screen HDTV with surround sound, digital cable and extensive DVD library. Through the living room door, you will find a deck with gas grill and outdoor seating. The bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and twin bunk, flat screen TV with DVD, attached full bath.

The lower level consists of a garage with radiant floor heat, mud room with heated storage for skis, snowboards and boots, washer and dryer, bathroom.

This smoke-free home, built in 1999, was meticulously constructed with beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Heated floors throughout the home will keep you warm and comfortable. Beautiful leather furniture, solid dining room table, quality linens, custom tile, alder cabinets, gas fire place.

After hours of world class skiing, take the Creole ski run down to Empire Ave for a 300 yard walk downhill to your beautiful vacation home. Kick off your boots, limp your tired body upstairs, grab a cold drink and relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the views of down town Park City, Deer Valley and the quiet street of Empire Ave.

After a relaxing soak in the hot tub..... choose a movie from our extensive DVD library, take a nap or enjoy a nice fire. When you're ready, a nice walk to Main Street will introduce you to the many fine restaurants, shops, and bars and galleries.

About Mark Sidlow

My wife and I have been living in Park City since 2003. We came here for the phenomenal outdoor recreation, beautiful climate, awesome people and The Greatest Snow On Earth. This home was purchased for the prime location - 300 yards to Park City Resort and 1/2 mile to Main St.

Once kids entered the picture, we decided we needed a home with a bigger yard. Reluctantly moving from our Park City Vacation Home, we have been raising our growing family 2 miles away. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard for this home. When we go on vacation, this is what we expect in a vacation home. We are local and available for anything you may need: Restaurant recommendations, shopping, local knowledge, catering info, ski rental recommendations, baby sitters, etc.

Best place in Park City

I've stayed at this wonderful property for 4 consecutive years during January, and it is an absolute gem. Always in pristine condition, comfortable and quiet, and centrally located to both Park City Mountain as well as downtown/Main Street, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hosts are always available should I need them for anything, yet they've always made us feel right at home. Hot tub and new appliances this year a bonus! This place is great for a family or groups. LOVE IT!

This was our first ski trip out West. 4 kids. House was was perfect. Nice kitchen. Bedrooms and baths were comfy, clean and separated. Hot tub was awesome. Easy wifi, great tv, large washer/dryer, boot warmers and very nice fireplace (we used it every day). Easy keyless entry was invaluable. Location great. Walk down hill to catch free bus line anywhere. Up hill to Town lift. Main Street (easy walk) has tons of shops and great restaurants (do some homework: during peak seasons, you do need reservations. Try Silver, 501, Bandits easy with good food. Never got past the line at High West Distillery. Bummer. All on or near Main Street and in walking distance). A well stocked liquor store hidden downtown too. Great wine selection. Mark was very nice; even left a gift basket and wine to welcome us after a horrible day of travel. We skied PCMR, Deer Valley ( they do sell out lift tickets) and Canyons. Could have easily got to more, but we were thrilled with these easy options. Canyons was fave. Only bummer: no snow! We did not rent a car, which was nice. Many inexpensive transportation companies available if bus is not your thing. Mark was great at answering tons of questions and is well connected to the area. Do not hesitate to ask him for referrals and recommendations. Olympic Park was only cool because we watched skiers tryout for Sochi. Impressive. My husband and I would definitely return to and recommend this house. Great family vacation. (Kids ages 18.16,14,12).

Great House and Better Location

Stayed at the house with friends for a spring ski trip. We loved the house and the location is perfect for getting to the slopes and enjoying all Park City has to offer.
