I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

All in all we had a great stay. Perfect spot with everything in walking distance. If you have a large family and need both sides I highly recommend it. The master bed needs a little more cushion but all in all good. I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was represented as if it was the "whole" house but in actuality it was only a half of a house. It was a little smaller than we expected but it had beautiful views and was situated in an area that was easy to navigate. Water pressure in the bathrooms could have been better, but overall the amenities were as described. Very small living area for a large family but there was a large kitchen table. We would return to the area but would look for a larger living space next time.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a great time! The living area in the house was a little small for all of us, but bedrooms were just right. We were there in the off season so the location was great. However the house is right next to public access, so the beach was a little busy on certain days, I dont think I would like it during the busy season. The entire family had fun, if not on the beach there was so much to keep them occupied within walking distance.
We would definitely use Garden City Realty again, but may need a bigger house because like all families ours is still growing!

Thank you for your response to your visit to Garden City Realty and to Against the Wind side A. In response to your feedback I would like you to know you can rent both sides of this home doubling the amount of bedrooms from 5 to 10 hopefully making adequate space for your family.
