There are three bedrooms with three bathrooms: a master bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, the third bedroom with a foldable bed. All bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower extension.
In the living room there is also an armchair with fold able bed within.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave .
There is air conditioning in the whole apartment, one in each bedroom, one in the living room and one in the area close to the dining room and kitchen. There is a television with digital channels, WiFi and independent heating.
Access to the apartment is via the elevator and a flight of stairs walk up.
The doorman is present throughout the week and on Saturday mornings. It is a very safe neighborhood. On Via Flaminia there are small grocery shops and a daily fruit, vegetable and fish market.
