Beach Treat, one of the Summer House properties offers the opportunity to be across the street from the beach and less than a 1/2 mile from the Garden City Pier. Walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in a few short minutes. These houses have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Beach Treat offers 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. It’s a treat to have a washer and dryer as well. Other amenities include: fully equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwasher, and private porches. Central Heating and air for those hot summer days. There’s a Gas Grill on site for cooking out. Pack-N-Play and a High Chair as well. Enjoy the Marsh views off the porch, the various Wildlife is always fun to watch. Rental was great location was good view was very nice... Only issue was high tide the water came up so high that we had move vehicles and wade through water that was knee high.. Caused some issues as one of the family members is diabetic and can not wear flip flops only closed shoes which made us have to work our time around tide levels.. Also had to have golf cart parked at another family members house. We worked around it but would have liked to know up front..

Beautiful view of the marsh at all times of day. The wildlife was great to view. The beach just a short walk. Would love to stay again.
The home did a few repairs, bathroom floor, towel bar in one of the bathrooms kept falling.

Location was nice and somewhat isolated, which made it nice. There were a few items that could be improved/upgraded. The stove was acceptable, but oven was difficult to cook with. Bathroom door in Master bedroom would not latch
