Mount Pleasant Properties (MPHP).

We believe we are among the longest established privately owned self catering accommodation providers in the area having started in the mid 1970s and pride ourselves with providing quality self catering accommodation at an affordable price.

We have character cottages for 2 and also 4 and a large house sleeping 17.We also have a bungalow sleeping 8.

Please note that we are not an agency and so offer reasonable rates by offering the opportunity to book directly with us, the owners.

Weekly + short breaks available all year round.

Sea and mountain views, Detached Victorian house overlooking the sea, on the main coast road between Fishguard and Cardigan, in a small group of houses on the edge of the attractive village of Newport. Set in large grounds within the National Park, with spectacular views over Newport Bay, Parrog, Nevern Estuary, Preseli Mountains. Ideally placed for beaches, water sports, walking the coastal paths, golfing and pony trekking in the pretty surrounding countryside, on Preseli, touring Pembrokeshire, visiting interesting towns, villages and historic sites. The house is on three floors, the upper two of which can be separated from the lower by a fire door. Ideal for family or other large groups with privacy in the completely self contained lower house if required. Shops, pubs and restaurants 500 yards.
