Southern Breeze is located 0.7 of a mile north of the Surfside Beach Pier and just steps away from both the Atlantic Ocean & Dogwood Lake. You can sit on one of the 2 front balconies and enjoy the sweet calming "Southern Breeze" at this beautiful home. Professionally updated kitchen and baths for 2013, this home features every amenity that will make your vacation awesome: 2 large master bedroom suites with private bathrooms, WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor picnic table, ceiling fans, telephone and stereo, 2 master bedrooms with private baths, private parking, and a heated private pool with outdoor shower. Its location is perfect for family strolls to the beach & lake or just relaxing by the private pool. This home does not allow smoking or pets. Check out maid service is included upon your departure and the linen service is also included. Maximum Occupancy is12.

Southern Breeze was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Well-appointed, comfortable and tasteful accommodations made our visit a breeze. Brookgrern Gardens and Hopsawee Plantation were delightful day trips. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had a great time in Mid Aug of 2012. Few items that needed fixing and I am not sure the pool was cleaned while we were there. But overall, house was well stocked, clean and in a great location.

My family loved the new laminate flooring instead of the dirty carpet. Kitchen is very well equipped. We were disappointed that the 2 queen beds had been removed from the huge master bedroom, and that the 2 full beds had been replaced with twin beds.
