Located in Long Bay Estates, located just one mile south of Myrtle Beach State Park and within easy walking distance of the Myrtle Beach and Spring Maid Piers. This is a great beach house less than 300 feet to the ocean, with an ocean view from the large screened in porch! Perfect for large families, or groups, this home offers everything that you could imagine. With two kitchens, living rooms, and dining rooms, the name speaks for itself! The large kitchen is a chefs delight with all of the modern day appliances you may need. There is a second full size modern day kitchen downstairs fully equipped. The back sundeck is perfect for sun bathing with a beautiful lake view of the back yard. The backyard features Adirondack chairs and a swing for two overlooking the lake. This property was set at a good price. The cheapest but i guess you get what you pay for. Cheap house, cheap house. Needs to be cleaned and updated. The staff at Garden City was very professional, nice and courteous.

The view is really just that a very small view if you stand outside on the top deck in the corner and is the third row house, there is however a very nice inlet right behind the property for fishing or just sitting out and enjoying the area. The property is actually two living quarters with the only access being the outside, was a litte disappointed in that. Overall the area was amazing and the beach was for residence only which was nice. Overall enjoyed our stay here and would rent it again. jan
