Marsh Oak was a lovely home to stay in. We enjoyed the short walk to the inlet pier. The refrigerator was wonderful except I think there is a condensation line stopped up or a small leak in the water line. We put paper towels down around the freezer to prevent damage to the floor. The back left burner on the stove was not working properly so you might want to check this out. Some of the nails on the side deck had come up so you had to be careful walking on it (there were just a few-not many).
We noticed two of the railings had split. One was very loose and the other adjoining one looked like it was getting the same way. These were located across the deck as you came out the side porch door. I didn't know if I was to mention any of this to you or not. Everything was great though and we want to come back in the Spring of 2013 for 2 weeks.
Thank you again for such a nice stay. We all had a wonderful restful time.

Great time had by all! This is the 3rd time ive stayed in this house. Maint had to be called for one minir fix on the 2nd day and they were very fast to fix the problem! Impressive! Great stay!

We had a blast from fishing off the pier to enjoying the sunset over the marsh from the gazebo..We had a total of 8 people and plenty of room for more..I would recommend this property to everyone. The only problem I had was,,their wasn't a close boat landing around. We had to put in at the boat landing by the marshwalk. Besides that from booking the room to picking up the keys and daparting from the beautiful house everything went smoothley. We couldn't have ask for a better vacation this year...
