Cute and Cozy Oceanfront home, located just .06 of a mile North of the Surfside Pier. This quaint little home includes 3 Bedrooms and 1 and a half Baths in Surfside Beach. Amenities include an Internet connection, flat screen televisions, DVD, Wi-Fi, central heating and air, a sundeck, ceiling fans, telephone, seperate downstairs enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a hammock, and rockers. There is no dishwasher and no washer and dryer included in this home. The large sundeck includes outdoor furniture along with rockers and a table. From the sundeck you can enjoy a beautiful side view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is also a covered patio beneath the house for extra relaxation space. Check out maid service is included upon your departure. No Pets and No smoking. Complete Linen and Bath Package Available for: $75. Sheets and Pillow Cases Only Package Available for: $36

Overall good vacation...other than having an 18 month old with us and the house next door getting a new roof put on and new siding...made it hard for baby's nap and to relax! Also the couch and beds were very uncomfortable!

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this review. A new sofa and 2 new recliners have been put in the house. The owner also bought pillow top mattress pads for the beds. We hope to see you again in the future.

We had a relaxing time in a lovely area of Myrtle Beach. The home was welcoming in a quiet part of town with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We also appreciated that it was available for less than a full week's visit.

Loved the location! Was very family oriented, just right! Garden city reality was very friendly and had the house ready before we were there, so got to move in early that morning! Would recommend to everyone!
